About Eucalyptus
We’re on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We’re here to build better long-term care. Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
About The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)
We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Lead who will be responsible for how Juniper shows up in the world through the voices of our community, from trusted influencers to real patient stories. You’ll own the strategy and execution for how we build partnerships with influencer and patient talent to drive brand credibility, organic advocacy, and patient acquisition. Working within the Organic Growth team, you’ll collaborate with Paid Growth, Brand, and Creative to ensure our creator partnership-led content performs across paid and organic channels. This is a performance marketing role grounded in community; you’ll scale trusted voices, convert through storytelling, and build repeatable models for growth.
As a Creator Partnerships Lead, you will own and grow Juniper’s community of talent in the UK, owning the strategy and day-to-day execution of all talent activity in the UK across paid and social. This is a high-ownership, high-leverage role at the intersection of brand, performance and product.
- Own the performance strategy for creator partnerships (influencer, UGC and patients), with a focus on acquiring high-quality creators through both organic and paid content.
- Own a scalable creator acquisition engine, identifying, vetting, and prioritising partners who align with Juniper’s brand values, resonate with our core audience, and demonstrate willingness to advocate authentically.
- Develop partnership briefs, incentive structures, and creative frameworks that enable creators to produce authentic, high converting content tailored to their audience.
- Launch, optimise, and scale both organic collaborations and whitelisted paid campaigns, ensuring content feels native while driving measurable performance.
- Partner with Creative to continuously evolve storytelling formats based on performance insights, customer feedback, and emerging creator best practices.
- Ensure all creator driven content is high performing, compliant, emotionally sensitive, and on brand.
- Collaborate closely with Brand and Compliance to uphold Juniper’s standards for trust building, safety, and legal robustness across all partnerships.
- Directly manage and develop an Influencer Marketing Manager.
- Run structured feedback loops with creators and internal teams to improve conversion over time and build repeatable, scalable models for partnership led creative.
- Report on and optimise for: Patients acquired via influencer, UGC, and patient partnerships (organic, paid, content led); CAC for creator led acquisition, including cost efficiency across formats and creator tiers.
About You (Who You Are)
- 6-8+ years experience in talent roles at agencies or high-growth consumer or healthcare brands.
- Proven ability to build and scale creator-first content across social platforms, both organic and paid.
- Strong commercial and strategic judgement across brand, performance and compliance.
- Excellent relationship builder, comfortable managing high-volume relationships with creators, talent and agencies.
- Experienced managing junior team members and building healthy, high-output teams.
- Energised by systems, playbooks, and building structure for scale.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous, high-ownership environment.
