More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a significant leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists. Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Since launching, weâve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:
- We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK.
- Received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management.
- Grew our team from 50 to 200.
Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.
Whatâs next? Weâre now entering the next chapter for Juniper: building a preventative health ecosystem for women that goes far beyond weight management. Over the next year, weâll expand beyond weight management into three powerful new layers of care:
- Diagnostics that bring science and data to the forefront, helping women truly understand whatâs happening in their bodies.
- New areas of womenâs health like menopause and hair loss, creating a connected suite of offerings that support her through every stage of life.
- Curated commerce, offering evidence-backed products and tools that extend care beyond prescriptions into everyday wellness.
Together, these will form a personalised, clinically grounded, and deeply human platform that redefines how women experience healthcare. The Lead Product / Growth Marketer will play a central role in bringing this to life, shaping how these layers connect into one seamless experience. This is a rare opportunity to help design a new kind of healthcare system â one that is preventative, data-driven, and built around women from the ground up.
About the role (What Youâll Be Doing)
Weâre looking for a Lead Product / Growth Marketer to help build the next chapter for Juniper, expanding from a single weight management program into a connected ecosystem of products and services. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and strategy, shaping how each new offering â from hair and menopause to diagnostics and commerce â comes to life under one coherent Juniper experience. Youâll own the story and proposition that make these new products resonate, and the growth playbook that turns them into scalable businesses.
Youâll partner with product, CRM, and the core growth team to design and test how ecosystem propositions show up across every channel. Youâll also work closely with each business line to sharpen their individual value propositions, build bundles and membership models, and define how they ladder up to Juniperâs broader ecosystem vision. Itâs a rare blend of strategy, creativity, and handsâon experimentation. Youâll move fast, translate insight into narrative and execution, and work crossâfunctionally to bring bold ideas to life â from first positioning to GTM launch and scaling what works.
In this role, you will...
- Define and test the value propositions for new ecosystem products (Shop, Hair, Menopause, Premium Services, Diagnostics).
- Build the unifying Juniper proposition, connecting products, services, and commerce into one coherent story.
- Partner with business line leads to design propositions, bundles, and pricing models that drive both adoption and monetisation.
- Collaborate with product and CRM teams to embed propositions into patient journeys, turning ideas into inâproduct experiences and lifecycle campaigns.
- Partner with the core growth team to plug the ecosystem narrative into acquisition and brand, ensuring coherence across all growth channels.
- Use insight and data to refine positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy, focusing on what drives patient understanding, trust, and conversion.
- Bridge the commercial and creative, balancing brand storytelling with commercial outcomes and measurable growth.
About you (Who We Are Looking For)
Youâre a hybrid operator â part product thinker, part marketer, part strategist. You know how to turn ideas into propositions that resonate and scale. You love ambiguity, move fast from concept to test, and can work comfortably across disciplines, from GTM experiments to shaping the story that ties everything together.
Youâll excel in this role if you...
- Have 7â10 years experience in product or growth marketing within a highâgrowth tech or consumer business.
- Know how to build 0â1 â launching new products or business lines, not just marketing existing ones.
- Are equally comfortable in commercials and creative messaging, able to bridge numbers, insight, and narrative.
- Can translate complex offerings into simple, credible value propositions that make patients care.
- Thrive in crossâfunctional teams, aligning product, CRM, and growth around a shared goal.
- Use data and research to guide intuition, testing ideas quickly but always with a strong POV.
- Bring both structure and imagination â you can zoom out to shape strategy and zoom in to write the line that makes it land.
- Have experience in health, wellness, or consumer commerce.
- Have worked on connected product ecosystems or brand architectures.
- Are excited by the challenge of building a new category in womenâs health.
- Bring creative energy and commercial acumen in equal measure.
So, why join Eucalyptus?
Make real impact, fast â We build in the open together, which helps us learn and iterate more quickly to deliver highâquality outcomes faster than anyone else. Helping impact patients' lives for the better from the moment you join Eucalyptus.
Youâll be supported to accelerate your career â Regular feedback alongside our biâannual performance reviews, a professional development budget & leave help ensure you have the support you need to level up. Weâre committed to helping every Eucalypt reach their full potential.
Youâll work with others who are incredibly passionate about what they do â Our talent bar is high, and our work ethic is strong. Youâll get to stretch yourself every day, be given autonomy to tackle interesting problems, and work amongst people who care deeply about our patients.
We also offer a range of benefits including:
- Your own stake in the business with our employee options program.
- Newly opened HQ in vibrant Old Street, designed for focus and collaboration.

- A monthly wellness allowance, for you to spend on whatever wellness means to you.
- A yearly personal development budget and 3 extra days of leave to continuously upâskill yourself.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays with an enhanced parental leave policy.
- A fun office with regular socials including afterâschool sport, clubs, cycle kickâoffs, and seasonal parties.
- Your own MacBook and more!
