About the role (What you’ll be doing)
- Work with stakeholders across all brands and markets in UK, Germany, Japan, Australia and Canada to align Webflow development resources to business priorities and ensure briefs meet required specifications for the build team to execute.
- Lead the Global Webflow team, developing and implement initiatives to create capacity, improve efficiency / quality and foster a positive team culture.
- Stay across latest developments and features of Webflow to ensure we leverage best practice processes and tools to optimise SEO, AEO, Accessibility and builds.
- Coordinate integration points between Webflow websites and our custom-built app, understanding technical limitations and possibilities.
- Own and guide the implementation and management of a design system across all Webflow sites.
- Create and maintain clear workflows and documentation for handoffs between design, development, and stakeholder teams.
About you (Who you are)
Skills & Experience
- Strong project and people management experience, ideally across distributed or remote teams coordinating between design, development, and business stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in managing Webflow projects, including variables, custom code, integrations, and best practices.
- Proven experience working with design systems used across multiple brands or regions, including understanding of atomic design principles and component libraries.
- Experience managing competing priorities from multiple business units while maintaining clear communication and alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketing workflows, content governance, and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Figma, or similar).
- Bonus: Experience managing headless CMS frameworks, component libraries, or Figma-to-Webflow design handoffs.
