We’re making good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a major leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists. Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:

  • We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK.
  • Received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management.
  • Grew our team from 50 to 200.

It’s overflowing with fads, under-regulated products, and endless noise, leaving people over- or under-supplemented, and very confused. Patients deserve better. At Euc, we see an opportunity to build something radically different: a trusted commerce layer that complements our clinical care. We already support 100,000+ patients in the UK on their GLP-1 journey. Now, we want to help them live better for longer with evidence-backed, expert-vetted, curated products and services that actually work.

This isn’t another supplement store. We want to be helping patients make decisions across all parts of their health journey; we might start with the best vitamins and supplements but we want to be helping patients choose meals, trainers and eventually practitioners. We want to reimagine how patients discover, choose, and use products and services as part of their healthcare journey, seamlessly integrated into their care, guided by data, and powered by trust. About the role: We’re looking for a founding leader to own and build this business. You’ll define the vision, shape the strategy, and execute the playbook for how health commerce can (finally) be done right.

  • Shape the future – Set the long-term strategy for Euc’s commerce layer: what it looks like, how it scales, and how it integrates into our broader preventative healthcare ecosystem.
  • Curate the range – Predict trends across our different patient segments, and create a system that ensures each product and service is worthy to be recommended to our patients.
  • Build supplier partnerships – Source, vet, and negotiate with suppliers and brands to deliver the best value and most trusted products.
  • Design the experience – Work with product and design to create a seamless shopping experience embedded into care, not bolted on.
