About the role (What you'll be doing)
We are looking for a men’s health doctor to join the team, as one of the first doctors. Impact: This role is to be one of the first doctors on a new men’s health service we are starting. You will be integral to the successful launch of the business, and involved in how we scale the service. The role is to be a consulting doctor, setting the standard for empathetic and high quality care in the service. You will work directly with our expert advisors and the UK Medical Director to ensure the highest standards of care are met. You'll help scale safe, patient-centred men's healthcare. You'll report to the UK Medical Director.
Responsibilities:
- Review, and interpret pathology (including hormone panels), and monitor patients for treatment response and adverse effects over time.
- Provide expert first consultations (call/video) for men’s overall health.
- Assess patients asynchronous consultations, initiating and titrating treatment safely and appropriately.
- Provide expert follow up consultations.
- Prescribe and manage ongoing care in line with Eucalyptus & Hims & Hers clinical protocols.
- Provide responsive follow-up care, answering patient queries when needed with the patient care team.
- Provide adjustment to patients plans when needed, ensure men feel safe and supported on their journey.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver joined-up, high-quality care at scale.
- Contribute to clinical governance, refining protocols, strengthen safety practices, and raise the standard of men's health care across the clinic.

About you (Who you are)
Skills & experience:
- Completion of UK GP specialty training with CCT, or recognised equivalent, and entry on the GMC GP Register.
- Experience in men's health, endocrinology, sexual health, or hormone therapy — or a strong appetite to upskill in this area.
- Experience in providing high quality patient care remotely (phone or video).
- Comfortable delivering safe, high-quality care through telehealth and asynchronous models at scale.
- Sound clinical judgment with a genuinely safety-first, patient-centred mindset.
- Clear, warm communicator who can build trust and explain treatment simply.
Nice to haves:
- Additional qualification or focused interest in endocrinology or sexual health.
- Experience working within a digital health or telehealth setting.
