We’re on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We’re here to build better long-term care. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Compound, focused on longevity and preventive health, complements this ecosystem and extends our mission to make good health last a lifetime. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Our Growth Story: 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree. Scaled to over 100,000 monthly active patients across our weight-management program. Grew the UK patient base from 4,000 to ~40,000 and received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS. Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan.
About the role (What you'll be doing): We’re looking for a Senior Creator Partnerships Manager to build and scale the partnerships engine behind Juniper’s next phase of growth. You’ll own the strategy and delivery of all creator relationships, from micro-influencers and performance creators to medical experts, authors, ambassadors and strategic brand partners. You’ll turn partnerships into a repeatable growth channel that fuels paid performance, organic reach, brand authority and in-app content. You’ll also lead and develop the partnerships team as we scale into new conditions, demographics and geographies. This is a high-ownership, high-leverage role at the intersection of brand, performance and product.
- Owning the end-to-end creator and partnerships strategy for Juniper in the UK
- Designing a scalable approach across micro-influencers, experts, ambassadors, affiliates and strategic partners
- Building and managing a pipeline of creators and experts who align to Juniper’s brand, audience and mission
- Structuring partnerships that deliver content, reach and commercial outcomes, not just vanity metrics
- Collaborating with Organic, Paid, Creative and Product teams to ensure partnership content travels across channels
- Defining briefs, usage rights, contracts and commercial terms
- Building repeatable playbooks for sourcing, onboarding, content capture and performance measurement
- Managing and developing the partnerships team, ensuring strong execution and operational excellence
- Reporting clearly on performance, learnings and ROI
About you (Who you are): 6-8+ years experience in influencer, creator or partnerships roles at high-growth consumer or healthcare brands or agencies. Proven ability to build and scale a creator engine, not just execute ad hoc deals. Strong commercial and strategic judgement across brand, performance and compliance. Excellent negotiator and relationship builder, comfortable working with creators, clinicians and agencies. Experienced managing junior team members and building healthy, high-output teams. Energised by systems, playbooks, and building structure for scale. Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous, high-ownership environment.
Bonus: Strong existing relationships with creators, influencers, or talent agencies.
