We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime.
More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions.
We're here to build better long‑term care.
Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.
Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight‑management programs combining GLP‑1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician‑led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians.
Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
About the Role
We're looking for an
Analytics Engineer to own the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of our marketing data and tracking ecosystem — initially in the UK, and increasingly across our global markets.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and engineering.
You'll make sure that every customer interaction we care about is correctly captured, enriched, and flowing into the right platforms — from Segment pipelines into Big Query, through to the ad platforms and CRM tools that drive acquisition and retention.
You'll work closely with the UK & EU marketing analytics teams, the central data engineering team, and cross‑functional partners across growth, CRM, and product.
The expectation is full end‑to‑end ownership: implementation, governance, data quality monitoring, and documentation.
We're scaling across multiple markets, and the rigour of our tracking infrastructure is directly tied to the quality of marketing decision‑making and the speed at which we can move into new geographies.
- What You’ll Do
- Marketing event tracking, end to end
- Implement and maintain tracking across web and app surfaces using Google Tag Manager and Segment
- Configure and manage integrations with key ad platforms — Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, and others
- Partner with engineering on server‑side tracking and event ingestion
- Own marketing‑relevant event schemas within Segment — naming conventions, parameter structures, destination mappings
- Work with the central data team to align on event standards and governance frameworks as we expand into new markets
- Support the codification of Segment configuration to make international market launches faster and more repeatable
- Data quality and validation
- Monitor and validate data accuracy across marketing pixels and event streams
- Build automated checks for missing or duplicated events, schema drift, and anomalies
- Investigate discrepancies across platforms — Meta, internal warehouse, GA, and others
- Maintain documentation of tracking plans and expected behaviours
- Signal quality for marketing platforms
- Implement enhanced conversions, hashed PII, and server‑side conversion APIs to improve signal quality into bidding algorithms
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure optimal data flowing into performance marketing tools
- Support attribution, incrementality, and MMM work with high‑quality input data
- Consent and privacy compliance
- Ensure tracking fires correctly based on user consent — GDPR and e Privacy
- Work with consent management tools to maintain compliant tracking configurations
- Audit tracking setups for compliance risks, particularly as we expand into new jurisdictions
- Monitoring and reporting
- Build dashboards and alerts to monitor tracking health and data quality
- Give marketing stakeholders reliable, trusted reporting on the data underpinning their decisions
About You
- 3–5 years in an analytics engineering, marketing data, or tracking implementation role
- Strong hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager — web and server‑side
- Experience with Segment or a comparable CDP — schema management, destination configuration, event governance
- Solid SQL, ideally in Big Query, for validating and interrogating tracking data
- Understanding of marketing pixels across Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, and equivalent platforms
- Familiarity with event‑driven data models and the distinction between client‑side and server‑side tracking
- Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools
- Strong documentation habits — you fix things and write it down
- Nice to have
- Experience with consent management platforms (One Trust, Cookiebot, or equivalent)
- Exposure to attribution modelling, MMM, or incrementality frameworks
- Experience working in a regulated industry or across multiple jurisdictions
