Assistant Account Executive (AAE)
Early‑career professionals who support account teams in B2B PR, corporate communications, media relations, creator marketing, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service & Account Support
- Prepare reports, maintain trackers, organize logistics, and ensure materials ready for meetings.
- Research, write, edit, and proof for accuracy and clarity.
- Follow briefs, manage deadlines, and maintain action trackers for on‑time delivery.
- Assist stakeholder‑engagement programs: outreach coordination, logistics, and follow‑up communications.
- Research, Media & Insights
- Monitor traditional, digital, and policy developments.
- Conduct research to inform stakeholder maps, policy/market analyses.
- Build industry, publication, and policy environment familiarity to support informed recommendations.
- Use research and team learnings to complete assignments with intelligence and context.
- Content Development & Communications Support
- Draft and edit press releases, client reports, stakeholder briefings, talking points, meeting summaries, etc.
- Develop biographical and policy backgrounders.
- Research, outline, write, edit, proofread, and reference materials as needed.
- Support event coordination: parliamentary engagements, panels, product launches, media activations.
- Understand digital and social channels and how they complement strategy.

- Engage cross‑functional colleagues in creative, analytics, digital, paid media, creator, and strategy.

Basic Qualifications
- Internship or relevant experience in communications, public affairs, or related disciplines.
- Strong writing, editing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving needs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated accountability, curiosity, and commitment to client service excellence.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Demonstrate developed skills through specific work examples.
- Complete one new experience via a new account or practice.
- Receive “Meets Expectations” or higher on all feedback from direct or indirect manager.
- Work constructively with individuals and groups toward shared goals.
- Remain up‑to‑date on AI training requirements and apply foundational AI skills to routine tasks.
- Participate in Associate Practice training throughout the year.
- Submit timesheets accurately within designated time requirements.
