As an Account Manager, Creator & Celebrity Partnerships, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering culturally relevant campaigns that connect brands with audiences through creators and celebrities. This is not a high-volume influencer management role – instead, it requires a strategic and creative thinker who can deliver standout, culturally resonant work. You will lead campaigns that span social‑first creator content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) while also developing and executing partnerships with macro creators and celebrities to create impactful campaign moments. You will also bring a strong understanding of storytelling formats – including long‑form content such as YouTube series and podcasts – and how creators and celebrities can be leveraged within them. The ideal candidate comes from a cultural marketing background, with experience in an agency environment delivering fast‑turnaround brand campaigns across entertainment, sport and culture.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and help shape creator & celebrity partnership strategies, including defining objectives, audiences, deliverables and budgets.
- Lead the delivery of creator‑led social campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, ensuring content is platform‑native, culturally relevant and impactful.
- Develop and manage partnerships with macro creators and celebrities to create standout campaign moments that drive reach and cultural relevance.
- Identify opportunities for storytelling‑driven content formats (e.g. YouTube series, podcasts, episodic content) and integrate creators and celebrities effectively within them.
- Collaborate closely with UEG client leads and Edelman teams (PR, social, brand, digital) to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery, from ideation and talent sourcing through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, celebrity talent, agents and managers.
- Negotiate and manage creator and celebrity contracts, ensuring successful delivery and value for clients.
- Manage and oversee a creator and celeb vetting workstream.
- Present and sell in ideas, campaign approaches and content strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Thrive in fast‑turnaround environments, delivering high‑quality work under pressure.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends across entertainment, sport and social platforms, applying insights to campaign work.
- Support new business pitches, cultural insights work and ongoing development of the agency’s creator & celebrity offering.
