At euNetworks, Marketing plays a critical role in supporting our commercial growth, strengthening our brand presence and creating meaningful engagement with customers, partners and industry stakeholders across Europe. This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract for a Marketing Manager.
EuNetworks is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hands‑on role has primary responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of the company’s events programme across Europe. Working closely with Sales, Product, Executive Leadership, and external partners, the successful candidate will ensure participation in industry events delivers maximum impact, enhances brand visibility, and supports customer engagement.
In addition to event management, the role will support key digital marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing campaigns, and marketing operations. The position requires a highly organised and proactive individual who is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced B2B technology environment and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
- Events Marketing
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of euNetworks’ events programme across Europe.
- Manage event sponsorship opportunities, including stakeholder alignment, contract review and coordination with event organisers.
- Coordinate all aspects of event delivery, including branding, exhibition logistics, executive attendance, meeting scheduling and speaking opportunities.
- Develop and distribute event communications including internal briefings, executive briefing packs, event calendars and social media promotion.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximise customer engagement and ensure successful event outcomes.
- Measure and report on event performance and key success metrics.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage euNetworks’ social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain the company social media calendar, ensuring regular, engaging and brand‑consistent content.
- Manage the euNetworks website and interactive map, inclusive of adding and removing material, designing new pages and tracking website performance.
- Build target audiences and support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns through Salesforce.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Marketing Operations
- Oversee lead management processes, ensuring marketing‑generated leads are accurately captured, tracked and followed up.
- Produce regular campaign and lead performance reports for stakeholders.
- Create, manage and report on Salesforce marketing campaigns.
- Manage inbound website enquiries, including lead routing and stakeholder follow‑up.
- Maintain the marketing inbox and coordinate responses to internal and external enquiries.
- Support the creation and communication of the annual marketing calendar.
- Brand & Merchandise
- Manage branded merchandise procurement and inventory across euNetworks’ European offices.
- Maintain supplier relationships and coordinate sourcing and procurement of new branded materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across events, merchandise and marketing communications.
Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within Telecommunications, Digital Infrastructure, Networking, Technology, or related sectors.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive in approach.
- Experience managing social media channels and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences, sponsorships and customer events.
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing role with significant responsibility for event management and event delivery.
