Material Bank is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to lead and operationalize key brand relationships. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution balancing partnership growth with the discipline to manage day-to-day details that make those relationships thrive. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our most important Brand Partners developing strategies, leading business reviews, and ensuring seamless delivery across all touchpoints. Equally important, you’ll manage the internal workflows, reporting, and presentations that bring those strategies to life. This is not a purely relationship or check-in role. The right candidate thrives on doing the work synthesizing insights, organizing complex information, managing projects to completion, and driving tangible outcomes for both partner success and Material Bank’s revenue expansion.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong relationships with senior brand stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, business outcomes, performance metrics, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your partner portfolio, including updates to contacts, project tracking, deliverable management, and documentation.
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes align with strategic goals.
- Create compelling partner-facing presentations, quarterly business reviews, and performance reports that communicate insights and opportunities with clarity and polish.
- Lead renewal discussions and contract negotiations that secure long-term partnership value.
- Analyze brand performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Tech, Business Development, and Marketing to deliver solutions that drive measurable impact.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic account management, project management, or client partnerships, preferably within B2B, design, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships while staying deeply involved in executional details.
- Advanced project management and organizational skills—comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation design and communication skills; ability to craft professional decks, reports, and proposals that influence executive audiences.
- Solid analytical foundation; fluent in Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and performance dashboards.
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset—equally skilled in strategy, follow-through, and problem-solving.
- Unwavering accountability, adaptability, and drive to deliver results.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the East Coast to meet with partners and teams.
