Role Description

The Parts Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cambridge.

This role involves identifying and sourcing automotive parts for trade customers, providing accurate advice and product information, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently.

Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries at the counter and by phone, checking stock availability, managing special orders, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The Parts Advisor also supports inventory control, maintains organized stock areas, updates the system with incoming and outgoing parts, and contributes to a positive customer experience through professional, solution-focused service.
