Desirable.- Demonstrable clear understanding of all HR elements of the employee life cycle and policies.- Demonstrable proactive approach, results focused with the ability to display good judgement during in a demanding client facing role.- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and administrative skills, the ability to prioritise and multitask is essential.- Strong partnership and client orientation skills to enable positive engagement with stakeholders throughout the Bank.- Analytical skills to deliver insight on qualitative and quantitative organisational data to drive decision making.- Experience in the use and application of technology, data analytics experience and the ability to generate insight through systems and tools.Previous use of case management tools desirable.- Skills in facilitation.
