Responsibilities of this role will include
- Spearhead daily social media activity, including content creation, paid campaigns and organic roadmap.
- Manage social media paid budgets across multiple platforms including Linked In, You Tube and Reddit.
- Work closely with colleagues to regularly plan, execute and optimise social media content across multiple markets, languages and regions.
- Monitor channel and campaign performance, assisting with reporting and providing data-driven insights where applicable.
- Create and manage briefs, utilising workflow and task management software to maintain project progress and meet deadlines.
- Support new customer engagement and sales enablement across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content production, direct mail and ABM.
- Assist with marketing administration tasks such as translations, reporting, budget tracking and digital card management.
- Own and optimise the translation process to support project and campaign work across web, email, social media and other relevant channels.
- Manage and audit our merchandise inventory, spearheading direct mail opportunities across campaign and trader support.
- Participate in creative ideation sessions, bringing fresh ideas and strategic recommendations to the wider team.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including external partner agencies.
- Conduct frequent competitor analysis and maintain knowledge of key marketing trends
