The Role
Ett Hem London is seeking an exceptional Part-Time Meta Manager to lead our paid media strategy across Instagram and Facebook—end to end. You will be the architect of our presence on Meta, owning the process from first concept to final ROI, and ensuring every campaign reflects the meticulous elegance of the brand.
This is not a junior media-buying role. We are looking for someone with real expertise and instinct—someone who can interpret data with flair, lead on creative strategy with confidence, and translate paid performance into brand growth at scale. You’ll be working directly with the founding team to bring our vision to life, through thoughtful, high-converting campaigns that never compromise on beauty.
We’re not looking for an agency or someone stretched across a dozen clients. We want real focus—dedicated part-time hours, applied with intention and care. What You’ll Do
- Own our Meta strategy from top to bottom: concepting, campaign build, optimisation, and reporting
- Develop high-performing paid funnels across Instagram and Facebook that drive customer acquisition and LTV
- Collaborate on copy and creative to ensure every ad feels deeply aligned with our premium aesthetic
- Test, learn, iterate—always with both brand and business in mind
- Balance data with design: driving performance while preserving the brand’s editorial elegance
- Report clearly on insights, wins, and opportunities, with autonomy and strategic input
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years managing Meta campaigns for luxury or high-growth e-commerce brands
- Deep, working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, attribution, and performance optimisation
- A sharp eye for premium creative and storytelling that resonates with a discerning audience
- A love of numbers and nuance—you know what ROAS means, but also what "on brand" means
- Experience working in or alongside a founder-led business a bonus
- Most importantly: confidence, calm, and a sense of beauty in everything you do
