At PSI we are building a strong foundation for product marketing to support our wide portfolio of solutions better. The Product Marketing Specialist (PMS) will report directly to the Product Marketing Manager, who leads the strategic positioning for PSI’s product suite. This role is designed to drive executional excellence and provide bandwidth by owning specific streams of work related to product communication, competitive intelligence, and performance analysis. The PMS will take on direct responsibility for managing the marketing activities of PSI’s test prep and practice test prep products and assets, including the GMetrix program, ensuring these solutions are effectively positioned and actively promoted in their respective markets. This is a hands‑on role that requires both analytical and creative skills, ensuring our products are effectively positioned in the market, that internal teams are aligned with product updates, and that customer and competitive insights inform strategy. The PMS will collaborate closely with product managers, insights, customer marketing, and sales enablement to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact in how PSI presents its products to the market. This role is a full‑time permanent position, flexible from Monday to Friday during typical office hours. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings, workshops, and industry events.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage a central library of product demos and marketing assets. Ensure demo content reflects current product features, value propositions, and messaging.
  • Manage the marketing activities and product communication for PSI’s test prep and practice test prep products, including the GMetrix program.
  • Partner with Product Management to track and communicate roadmap updates across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Support in creating clear, digestible product update materials for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with the Insights team to support ongoing competitor monitoring and reporting.
  • Benchmark competitors’ products, features, and messaging, translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Support planning, content creation, coordination, and execution of NPS surveys.
  • Lead analysis of NPS data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain communication streams across PSI’s solutions, ensuring consistent updates on new features, enhancements, and product positioning.
  • Partner with customer marketing to align lifecycle messaging with product narratives.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Digital Marketing to ensure product messaging is embedded across campaigns, collateral, and customer touchpoints.
  • Provide input into go‑to‑market strategies by feeding insights from NPS, demos, and competitive benchmarking.

Required Experience

  • Around 4 years in product marketing, product management, or a related marketing role.
  • Marketing, B2B Business or Project Management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability in data analysis, reporting, and deriving insights from customer feedback (NPS, surveys) and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to distill complex product updates into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Tech‑savvy, comfortable with CRM, marketing automation, and collaboration tools.
  • Organized project management skills, juggling multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders with attention to deadlines and detail.
  • Collaborative mindset, enjoying cross‑functional work with diverse teams in a matrixed, evolving environment.
  • Adaptability, quick to learn new tools and flex as priorities shift.
  • Experience with HubSpot & Salesforce.
