The B2B Campaign Specialist will support the planning, execution, and optimization of ETS's Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and broader B2B demand generation programs. This role will work closely with the ABM Lead, Growth Marketing leadership, and cross‐functional teams to deliver integrated, high‐performing campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and delivery of digital multi‐channel campaigns across email, paid media, social, content syndication, and landing pages.
- Support event marketing initiatives including trade shows, webinars, and customer events by managing campaign logistics, promotional communications, and follow‐up.
- Draft and edit campaign copy for emails, landing pages, and supporting materials with input from senior team members.
- Partner with the ABM Lead to coordinate campaigns across 1:1, 1: Few, and 1: Many programs.
- Ensure account lists, segments, and campaign assets are accurately set up and executed in HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM platforms.
- Monitor and maintain lead flow processes to support Sales alignment and account engagement efforts.
- Assist in tracking campaign metrics and providing regular reports on engagement, conversion, and lead quality.
- Support testing initiatives (A/B tests, subject lines, CTA variations) to optimize messaging and campaign impact.
- Contribute to campaign retrospectives by sharing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with cross‐functional partners in sales, design, and content to coordinate deliverables and ensure campaign alignment.
- Manage incoming requests and tasks through Monday.com or other project management tools, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support data accuracy and campaign documentation within HubSpot and Salesforce.
Skills
- Exposure to ABM programs or tools (e.g., Triblio, MarketingOS, 6Sense, HubSpot).
- Experience supporting event marketing campaigns.
- Basic understanding of paid digital channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Proactive learner with a strong interest in ABM and demand generation.
- Comfortable balancing creative and analytical tasks.
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, or event marketing.
- Specific experience building out marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge/Experience of paid digital channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
