What you'll do:
- Qualify and progress inbound sales leads from on-line content and digital marketing campaigns
- Co-ordinate activities for the external field sales force, making sure every enquiry gets prompt, professional attention booking appointments for the field sales team and qualifying leads as they come in.
- Build relationships and develop new business through research calls, social media, and direct follow-up
- Track quotes, update the CRM, and keep the team informed
- Directly manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, resolve issues, and spot sales opportunities
