Role Description\\n\\nThis position involves researching, developing, and implementing real-time image processing algorithms for a high-performance visualization platform. Key responsibilities include:\\n\\nDeveloping and optimizing existing image processing algorithms for enhanced visual performance and execution speed.\\nProposing, researching, and developing innovative algorithms relevant to the platform.\\nDelivering high-quality, specification-compliant code.\\nUtilizing tools like OpenCV, TensorFlow, and other computer vision libraries.\\nApplying knowledge of machine learning algorithms and neural networks to enhance processing techniques.\\nProducing high-quality design documentation that adheres to software standards for regulated industries.\\nDemonstrating proficiency in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning methodologies.\\nConducting tests, code reviews, and other quality assurance activities.\\nRapid prototyping for proof-of-concept initiatives.\\nContributing to research and development planning and execution.\\nSupporting intellectual property management and development.\\nCollaborating with external partners as required by leadership. \\n\\nQualifications\\n\\nEssential Requirements:\\n\\nA master's degree or, preferably, a PhD in a relevant field such as computer science.\\nDemonstrated experience in developing novel image processing algorithms at a low level.\\nProven ability to create parallelizable algorithm implementations for real-time video processing.\\nStrong coding skills in C/C++.Desirable Skills and Abilities:\\n\\nExperience writing CUDA kernel code.\\nProficiency in optimizing algorithms for speed during both design and implementation stages.\\nFamiliarity with camera calibration and 3D reconstruction techniques.\\nStrong presentation and communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-specialists.\\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.\\nWillingness to contribute ideas to R&D strategy and planning.\\nQuick learner with minimal supervision requirements.\\nExceptional report writing skills and familiarity with MS Office tools.\\nDemonstrated project management and time-planning expertise.\\nA foundational understanding of clinical or biomedical engineering concepts.\\nFluency in English
