Job: We have an opportunity for a Project Manager, responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects. The position would be based at our offices in Malvern but there would be a requirement to travel and spend extended periods at customer sites. This role would be primarily suited to someone who has experience of running multi-faceted projects with a mix of internal equipment and specialist contractors. A working knowledge of CDM would be advantageous to the role , with demonstrable skills in achieving tight project schedules. Ideally you will come from a back ground technical discipline and developed the required commercial skills to be an effective PM. Reporting to: Managing Director Tasks: Initiate the project – check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources. Carry out planning – this will include setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks – in accordance with the needs of the client. Select, lead, and motivate the project team from both internal and external stakeholders. Manage the project – which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget.
