A new vacancy for a Senior Air-Conditioning Engineer - European Pre-Sales Support (VRF/VRV) with the European division of a leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling products. Based at the company's offices in the west London / Middlesex area, the Senior Air-Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to its distributors, consultants and end users in the UK and Europe.
Candidates should have an engineering qualification in a relevant technical discipline (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc), with at least 5 years experience working with VRF/VRV products in a role that has involved supporting customers and/or distributors.
- Key requirements:
- Relevant Engineering qualification (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc)
- Technical experience with VRF/VRV air-conditioning products/systems (5yrs+)
- Experience using Product Selection Software and Product Pricing/Sales Tools
- Fluent English, both oral and written
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking
- Knowledge of other European language(s) would also be an advantage
- Business trips to Europe will be required occasionally
