A new vacancy for an Internal Sales Engineer (PUMPS/FLOW CONTROL) with a small UK division of a global engineering manufacturer of high-tech pumps and flow control systems. Working closely with the external sales team, the Internal Sales Engineer will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support from initial enquiry through to quotation, order processing, and shipment coordination. You will also be required to communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring all enquiries are handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently. The role will be primarily office-based, with the option of hybrid working 1 day per week. Key responsibilities:
