Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure deliveries are received as expected.
Support the execution of supplier contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare reports and maintain supply chain related documentation.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the Procurement team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a procurement/purchasing/supply chain role.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (such as IFS).
