$53.95 - $56.36 per hour + 14.75% Superannuation
ETS holds the contracts to clear vegetation along electricity networks in the Greater Brisbane region and we\'re now on the lookout for passionate Tree Workers and Ground Crew to join our team in Stafford.
Reporting to the crew leader your day will consist of undertaking a variety of vegetation management duties, such as:
trimming vegetation from both the ground and at heights (EWP Operator)
picking up and chipping debris
performing herbicide treatments
Skills & Qualifications
General Construction Safety White Card – essential
Heavy Vehicle Truck licence (HR or MR) – essential
Chainsaw operation
EWP licence
Cert 3 Arboriculture
The successful candidate will be:
Highly motivated, with a positive attitude
Able to work as part of a team
Able to take direction and follow instructions
Fit, strong and have experience in the tree industry or labouring for experienced tradesmen
Determined in your approach to the role and have a proven commitment to safety
Able to pass any pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol testing
You will be confident around machinery and willing to undertake all roles in a tree crew including Climbing, Chipper Operation, Ground clearing, and cutting from an EWP
What we offer
A competitive hourly rate will be payable as per our QLD EBA based on your skills and qualifications, along with 14.75% Super.
QLD EBA Pay Levels are:
Level 1-$53.95
Level 1a -$54.53
Level 2 -$56.36
Position is full time, working a minimum 72-hour fortnight over 9 days with 1 RDO, plus additional hours as required. In addition, we also offer:
