Key Skills
- Ideally an engineer who understands good manufacturing practice and has experience of automation, machine tools.
- Ideally educated to degree or diploma level in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in supervisory role in manufacturing/machine shop environment.
The Role
This role reports into the Operations Manager and oversees the companies cells machining area and Sawing and Sanding area, with responsibility for 3 Shift Production Supervisors. It's not essential that the role holder has knowledge of CNC's but is an advantage. The key areas of experience must be within change management, strong experience of leading and engaging people, a strong understanding of KPI's and lean manufacturing methods.
