Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Monday days, Tuesday Days, Wednesday nights, Thursday nights. Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.
- Week 2: Monday and Tuesday off. Wednesday days, Thursday days. Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
- Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday off. Friday, Saturday and Sunday days.
- Week 4: Monday and Tuesday nights. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. Then back to week 1 again.

They are a market leader within its chosen field of specialism and are looking to expand their engineering team once again due to increased growth in their market share.

The Role:
Due to further expansion, my client is looking to recruit into its shift engineering management team; you will be involved in engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies, working on a number of fast moving packaging lines. The ideal candidate will come from a supervisory/manufacturing background and be able to work on preventative maintenance tasks. You may have a mechanical or electrical background with hands-on experience from within a high-speed automated factory environment.
On a day-to-day basis you will manage a skilled team of 40 multiskilled engineers. You will have strong people management skills and whilst monitoring day-to-day KPIs working with a SAP PPM system.
