Key Skills:
- Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

The Role:
You will have served a minimum of ideally a full electrical or mechanical apprenticeship in engineering, though if you have packaging experience with a good multi-skilled pedigree. You will also have experience in managing a team of engineers, working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, in addition to working on projects, recruiting engineers, and reporting into the factory manager. The machinery includes conveyors, inverters, drives, sensors, plastics or insulation machines, packaging machines, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for all production equipment including PLC controlled equipment. There is a huge scope and variety on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
