Role:
The role requires an experienced Shift Manager to join an established manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Shift Manager or Supervisor, preferably within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of up to 13 operatives and team leaders.
- Take full site responsibility on night shifts and weekends.
- Ensure high standards of health and safety are maintained.
- Train, develop and support your team.
- Drive productivity and ensure operational targets are consistently achieved.
