Location: Crick

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - 12 Hour Days & Nights

The Company:

Based within one of the UK’s leading privately owned food manufacturing groups, they are an extremely well established manufacturing group with over 30 years of food production knowledge, and they are looking to recruit experienced maintenance engineers to add to their existing team.

Key Skills:

  • Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience of PLCs & Automated machinery
  • Understanding of PPM systems
  • Food/FMCG Experience

The Role:

You will have ideally served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working with equipment such as flow wrappers and labelling machines, together with packaging, conveyor systems, 3-phase, bagging machines, motors, drives and processing machinery within a high speed automated environment.

The ideal candidate will also have experience of circuits, motors and drives within an automated environment and the ability to work within a team or autonomously as required. You will also have a strong multi-skilled background with the ability to fault find on a variety of production equipment.
