Maintenance Engineer Salary: £44,896 + Pension + Overtime Shift Pattern: 5am-2pm/9am-6pm Monday Friday + On Call every other Saturday (AM) An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UKs leading food manufacturers, a growing and supportive organisation. The Company have been established for over 20 years and is a truly British manufacturer and is one of the largest food processors of their kind in Europe, within its chosen field of specialism. They are looking to expand their engineering team once again due to increased growth in their market share. Experience of PLCs & Automated Machinery You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, project-based work within a high speed automated environment. There will be lots of fast moving machinery such as flow wrappers and labelling machines, together with packaging and conveyor systems, fryers, labellers, slicers and Multivacs. On a day to day basis, you will work onfast moving machinery including some general mechanical work when required. There is a huge amount of training on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
