My client is one of Europe's leading manufacturers within its field of food-based packaging products and associated processes.
Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. You will have served a minimum of ideally a full electrical or mechanical apprenticeship in engineering, though if you have packaging experience with a good multi-skilled pedigree.
You will also have experience in managing a team of engineers, working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, in addition to working on projects, recruiting engineers, and reporting into the factory manager. The machinery includes conveyors, inverters, drives, sensors, plastics or insulation machines, packaging machines, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for all production equipment including PLC controlled equipment.
