The Company

An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of Europe’s instantly recognisable manufacturers, a leading manufacturer specialising in the FMCG marketplace. They have manufacturing facilities across Europe and are a secure and supportive organisation. They are currently looking to expand the engineering maintenance capacity on site, within this automated manufacturing site.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies. The ideal candidate will come from an electrical engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer but multi-skilled and have fast moving manufacturing experience. If you have worked on process packaging & wrapping machinery with PLC systems, it would be advantageous. Also, able and willing to work on gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, general mechanical work and other manufacturing machinery. There is a huge amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
