The site in Preston is looking once again to expand due to further investment within this secure organisation.
Key Skills:
- Apprentice Trained Engineer

The Role:
- Corrugators
- Material handling conveyor systems (palletisers, strappers, and wrappers)
- Box converting lines which have print units, cutting units, stacking, and folding
- PLC Fault finding
You will have served a minimum of ideally a full apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working on conveyors, inverters, drives, sensors, plastics or insulation machines, packaging machines, motors, print units, cutting units, stacking, and folding machines.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for all production equipment including compliance with Health & Safety policies and ensuring that any maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards. There is a huge scope and variety on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
