You lead the maintenance team, make sure equipment is looked after properly and help prevent breakdowns before they happen.
You work closely with Operations, Engineering and Health & Safety teams to support performance, safety and continuous improvement. You are a visible leader who balances day to day priorities with longer term improvement.
