The site in North Yorkshire is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this secure organisation.
Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained Engineer in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with Packaging/FMCG/Food Machinery
- Understanding of PPM Systems
The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full electrical or mechanical apprenticeship in engineering, though if you have packaging experience with a good multi-skilled pedigree.
You will also have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working on conveyors, inverters, drives, sensors, plastics or insulation machines, packaging machines, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for all production equipment including fault finding on PLC controlled equipment. There is a huge scope and variety on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
