An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK's leading privately owned food manufacturers, a growing and supportive organisation. The Company is part of a larger group, with over 2,000 employees and deals with all the major multiples in the UK. They are looking to expand their engineering team once again due to increased growth in their market share. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone to take on a new challenge, with training and development on offer, leading to excellent career prospects.
In this role you will maintain the site services, ensuring that supplies are delivered safely and efficiently to meet the site requirements. You will carry out scheduled checks and servicing to maintain site systems. You will record all works on the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) and will ensure that all items of equipment which fall under legislative compliance are maintained and certificated in line with HSE guidelines.
Qualifications / Skills
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical engineering at level 3 or above with strong electrical skills
- Experience of maintaining and working with boilers
- Experience of working with steam systems
- Aware of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation
