The Company
An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of Europe’s instantly recognisable manufacturers, a leading manufacturer specialising in the FMCG marketplace. They have manufacturing facilities across Europe and are a secure and supportive organisation. They are currently looking to expand the engineering maintenance capacity on site, within this automated manufacturing site.

The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship ideally in electrical engineering, and have experience working within computerised, planned, and preventative maintenance schedules. On a day to day basis you will be working with equipment such as SCADA & PLC systems, packaging, conveyors, and processing machinery within a high speed automated environment.
In addition to this you will have the experience and ability to lead reliability, continuous improvement projects, based around Six Sigma & FMEA based around advanced maintenance & process techniques and have the responsibility for the overall efficiencies of machinery as well as hands on projects as needs be, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of this high speed distribution centre.
The ideal candidate will also have experience of an automated production facility and the ability to work within and supervise a team or autonomously as required. You will report directly into the Engineering Manager, this will lead to a fantastic opportunity to progress your career to senior management within this secure organisation.
