KEY SKILLS
- Electrical: Fault finding on PLCs, AC/DC drives, AC/DC three phase motors, pumps and temperature control panels.
- Mechanical: Replacing bearings, gearboxes, drive belts, pulleys etc.
- Fluid Power: Troubleshooting high-pressure hydraulic circuits and pneumatic systems safely.
The Role
Diagnose and repair faults on extrusion lines, injection moulding machines, a compound plant, chillers, compressors, and ancillary equipment under tight time pressures. This role also involves various PPM tasks and project works. There is a huge amount of training on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
