The Role
Electrical bias field service engineer - responsible for installation, commissioning and service of End of line equipment. Located centrally - Midlands, Yorkshire, NW. Average of 2 weeks of overnight stays per month. The work is primarily in the UK, there will be some instances where you will need to travel to Europe - Spain, France and Germany.
Lead for technical and software support on customer sites. Allen Bradley and Siemens - Interrogation and modifications. Ability to troubleshoot and repair software related problems in a safe, effective, efficient, and timely manner. Ability to provide outstanding customer service and support during site visits. Ability to accurately troubleshoot and assist customers on machinery repair and setup procedures over the telephone or the web using remote support tools. Ability to accurately define and explain repairs made, and proper maintenance and operational procedures to plant personnel.
