The Company

My client is one of the UK’s leading privately owned manufacturers within their sector who have been established over 80 years. Supplying their products into the FMCG market, the group has gone from strength to strength over the last decade to become a centre of excellence within the industry they specialise in. Due to further expansion within the UK market, they need to recruit an additional Maintenance Engineer.

The Role

The ideal candidate will come from an engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative with experience of PPM and TPM. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies. On a typical shift, you will be working with fast moving machinery such as plastic injection moulding machinery, conveyors, extruders, packaging machinery, motors, drives. The company offers a huge amount of development on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
