My client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers within its field of injection mould based products and associated processes. The group is a well-established producer to the global blue chip markets and have been established over 40 years. The site in West Yorkshire is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this secure organisation.

The Role

The successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards, working on several electrical and mechanical areas within a PLC automated medium to heavy machinery environment, within a dedicated PPM schedule. The ideal candidates will come from a medium to heavy engineering background, ideally with plastics manufacturing knowledge and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer. During shift you will work with PLCs, motors as well as general mechanical work such as conveyors, crushers, grinders, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes and other injection moulding machinery.
