The Role:
- You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
- Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for plant equipment and facilities.
- Plan and coordinate corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of equipment failures. Ensure alignment with Production requirements and Production schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and HSE teams to prioritize maintenance tasks in line with operational and safety requirements.
- Manage work orders, spare parts, and resource allocation through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal maintenance policies.
- Monitor contractor performance.
