The company is a well established producer to the global markets, having 8 recycling sites across the UK.
The Loughborough site is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this globally secure organisation.

- Heavy Industrial Engineering Experience.
The Role
You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical engineering and have experience being a maintenance/engineering manager ideally from plastics or a heavy machinery environment.
- Day to Day duties
- Maintaining all machinery.
- Managing a team of 7.
- Planning & managing all repair & install activities.
- Supervising & leading all maintenance processes & operations.
- Creating & implementing maintenance procedures.
- Budget control.
- Ensure all PPMs are completed.
- Adhere to H&S.
- Recruit on staff.
