My client is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers within its field of food based packaging products and associated processes. The group is a well established producer to the European markets and have been established over 50 years. The site in Keighley is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this secure organisation.

The Role
You will have served a minimum of ideally a full electrical or mechanical apprenticeship in engineering, though if you have packaging experience with a good multi-skilled pedigree. You will also have experience in managing a team of engineers, working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, in addition, working on projects, recruiting engineers, and reporting into the factory manager, the machinery includes, conveyors, inverters, drives, sensors, plastics or insulation machines, packaging machines, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for all production equipment including PLC controlled equipment. There is a huge scope and variety on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
