Location: Grimsby

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 + Overtime + Pension + Bens

Shift Pattern: 4 on 3 off (Days & Nights. Eventually this will change to 4 on 4 off D/N)

My client is processor/manufacturer within its field of plastic recycling. The company is a well established producer to the global markets, having 8 recycling sites across the UK. The Grimsby site is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this globally secure organisation.

Key Skills

• Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience of PLC’s & Automated Machinery
• Understanding of PPM Systems

The Role

The successful candidate will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, project based work within a high speed controlled automated environment. There will be lots of fast moving machinery extruders, conveyors, converters, and flexible packaging equipment. This is a challenging role that will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to broaden their skills considerably.
