The Role:

A key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a site wide improvement strategy to deliver a sustainable culture of improvement. You will lead projects on site, with the full responsibility of budgets and Capex including the continuous improvement initiative process and champion change across departments to deliver outstanding levels of performance and development. You will need a comprehensive understanding of PPM systems and SAP, and the ability to lead projects within the 45 person engineering team.
