Salary: £62,000 + Pension + Benefits
Shift Pattern: 6 - 6, better than a continental shift as it allows for 2 long weekends every month. It is a 4 week rotation with all shifts being 12 hours (6 to 6).
- Week 1: Monday days, Tuesday days, Wednesday nights, Thursday nights. Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.
- Week 2: Monday and Tuesday off. Wednesday days, Thursday days. Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
- Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday off. Friday, Saturday and Sunday days.
- Week 4: Monday and Tuesday nights. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

The Role: Leading a skilled team of shift engineers, you will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, comfortable working on fast-paced packaging machinery, forming machinery, ovens together with conveyor and packaging systems.
