Job Description Production Area Leader Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm Salary: £43,000 to £45,000 + Pension + Bonus + Overtime An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the Europe’s leading manufacturers of construction based products. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced multi skilled maintenance engineer. Manufacturing Industry Experience Reporting to the production manager and liaising with line leaders you will be responsible for managing a team of machinists. This will include engaging and developing staff, reporting KPI's to management and OEE. On going training and support within this highly focused group will give the right candidate an opportunity to progress into larger roles within this long standing group.
