The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing estate operations, liaising with the Management Council, managing contractors and service providers, and ensuring that the estate is maintained in accordance with statutory requirements and established standards. This includes coordination of routine maintenance works, handling resident feedback, supervising on-site staff, and ensuring timely follow-up on operational matters.
The Estate Manager will also be expected to assist with council meetings, prepare reports and updates, monitor service contracts, and support compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
