About the role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing across our fintech domain products, focusing on PRECISION, our B2B risk management solution. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end role. You won’t be part of a large marketing organisation, you will be the one shaping and executing the marketing agenda. From defining positioning to launching campaigns and improving our digital presence, you will drive how our fintech products are positioned and perceived in the market. Our fintech offering operates in the payments space, with a strong focus on risk and fraud. Your role is to translate technically complex products into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with a B2B audience and supports commercial growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and drive the marketing strategy for PRECISION
  • Define and evolve positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Plan and execute marketing activities end‑to‑end – from website and content to campaigns and product launches
  • Analyse performance and continuously optimise based on data and insights
  • Work closely with Product, Commercial, and Design to align messaging and priorities
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to capture insights and refine strategy
  • Engage with external agencies when relevant to create materials and implement activities
  • Support sales enablement with relevant materials and messaging
  • Drive brand visibility through digital channels, content, and selected events
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in FinTech, Payments, or a similar space
  • Proven track record in a hands‑on product marketing role, owning work end‑to‑end
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex, technical products
  • Comfortable working with limited structure and high ownership
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with fraud, risk, or related domains is a plus
